Aurevion AI (“Aurevion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides high-performance custom software engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) infrastructure, and sovereign AI solutions for enterprise clients worldwide.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal information. We never use client source code, enterprise database records, prompts, or model context to train public or foundational artificial intelligence models.

2. Information We Collect & Processing Purposes

• Contact & Scoping Inquiries: When you complete an assessment, cost calculator, or contact form, we collect your name, corporate email address, company name, and project scope details to prepare proposals and execute non-disclosure agreements.
• Client Engineering Data: In commercial engagements, data processing is strictly governed by our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We deploy within your cloud VPC (AWS, Azure, GCP) or private bare metal wherever possible.
• Technical Telemetry: Minimal server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs) collected solely for DDoS mitigation, system performance monitoring, and security audit logs.

3. GDPR & European Economic Area (EEA) Rights

If you reside within the European Union, European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you enjoy protected statutory rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and UK GDPR:

• Right to access personal data held about you.
